Field Closing Procedures

Here's what you need to do if there has been rain in the 48 hours prior to your scheduled Saturday game:

• If your game is at or before noon, check the website around 7:15 AM to get the latest field status. If your game is after noon, check the website around 10:45 AM. Your Commissioner will also know if the field has been closed.
• If the fields will be closed for your game, call your opponent's head coach and notify them that the game is cancelled. Remember: some teams are coming from out of town and will appreciate as much advance warning as possible.
