On-Line Registration

You can now enter all of your child's registration information online at www.al-chelsea.affinitysoccer.com .    It is fast and simple and ensures that your child is signed up today.  See below for payment information.

Registration Fees

• For U6 and U8 (Birthdate after 8-1-2002) $160.00 per child If you will ned a new intramural reversible jersey, the cost will be $20 taken at time of registration.
• For MARS (Birthdate before 8-1-2002) $160.00 per child. Uniforms will cost an additional $55.00. If your child did not buy a new uniform for the Fall 2009 season they will need to order a new one this season. Uniform fees will be collected at registration time.
• After the official registration period ends there will be a $25 late fee added to all registrants.  Fall registration deadline is Monday, August 16th, 2010.  Any late registrant will be placed on a team if space is available.

Forms of Payment 

There are two ways to pay: 

1. You can pay by credit card as your register your child online.  Just follow the links online to pay with your credit card. 
2. You can pay with check.  Register your child online and then mail your check to the registrar at the address listed below.
